ARICE Scholarships in Romania 2024 (Bachelor, Master, PhD)

Romanian Centre for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education award 40 scholarships to international students and locals every year. These fully-funded scholarships are for the fall/spring 2024-2025 time period. We offer scholarships to international candidates who are interested in completing Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees, residency programs, or PhD at the public universities of Romania that will be recognized. Although you do need a student Visa to study in Romania, the paperwork for the Romania student visa (namely D/SD) should be submitted along with the request.

The scholarship is available to people from outside the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) and from non-EFTA countries. People of the existence of the agreements of the EU and EFTA countries for culture and education, as well as the other countries that don’t have such agreements with Romania are specially taken into account.
